Fitting
The Bauerfeind GenuTrain Knee Support is universal, so no side has to be selected. The correct size is determined as follows:
- Point 1: Measure the circumference of the knee, stretched in a standing position, 4.7 inches (12 cm) below the kneecap (see image)
- Point 2: Measure the circumference of the knee, stretched in a standing position, 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the kneecap (see image)
- Then read off the correct size from the table
Please note! For the best results, it is important to measure properly. When in doubt, always select the smaller size! And if you still doubt, keep the upper leg measurements as a guideline.

I have been wearing this brace for years but my Osteoarthritis got worse and worse and sadly enough this brace didn't give the support I was looking for, I took the Genutrain P3 instead and that offers more support. It feels good.
Have been suffering from Osteoarthritis in my knees and for everyday use this brace is perfect!
