The Bauerfeind LordoLoc Back Support is suitable for both men and women. The correct size is determined as follows:

1. Measure the circumference around hip (see image)
2. Then read off the correct size from the table

Please note! Do not measure too tight. When in between two sizes, we recommend you to choose the bigger size.
