The Bauerfeind MalleoTrain Plus Ankle Support is frequently used to treat the irritated ankle joint after trauma, surgery or with osteoarthritis.
Two separately adjusted gel cushion pads, positioned on the in and outside of the ankle reduce the swellings and bruises. The three-dimensional knitting fits comfortably and activates the bloodflow, where the functional tape bandaging supports the ankle joint through a figure 8 loop.

The strength of the reinforcement can be adjusted by a Velcro strap without it limiting mobility. The enclosed pads are surrounded by a figure 8 reinforcement that ensure stability.

Fitting
The Bauerfeind MalleoTrain Plus Ankle Support is available in a left and right version. The correct size is determined as follows:
- Measure the circumference of your ankle, above the ankle bone at the most narrow point (see image)
- Then read off the correct size from the table
Please note! For the best results, it is important to measure properly. When in between two sizes, we recommend you to choose the larger size.
