Fitting
The LP Support Neoprene Knee Sleeve is universal, so no side has to be selected. The correct size is determined as follows:
- Measure the circumference around the middle of the knee in a standing, fully stretched position (see image)

While this knee sleeve offers some warmth and comfort, I didn't notice a significant difference in my condition. It's decent for everyday use, but don't expect it to work miracles.
